Intensive

The type of intensive course will depend on your experience as a driver.  If a total beginner, try our Introductory Lesson (2 hours during which you will learn the controls of the car as well as drive the vehicle). This assessment is recommended to identify the length of intensive course required, i.e. 3-day, 5-day, 8-day, 10-day.   Remember, you must have passed the theory test before booking a driving test.  (Booking a driving test should only be done with the agreement of the instructor, to avoid clashing with other pupils' tests.)  The number of hours per day depends on the number of lessons required to reach above test standard; normally, this is four hours or six hours per day, for instance split into sessions of two hours with an hour’s break in between. Each intensive course will depend on the individual’s needs.

Refresher

I offer refresher courses for candidates who have passed their driving test but require some further tuition and building up confidence - For example: In-Town Driving, Parking & Reverse Parking, Motorway Driving and Eco Driving. Refresher courses are designed for specific purposes, such as helping anxious drivers, people who have not driven for a long time, or to keep up with the latest driving techniques (Eco Driving)  which would save money (fuel) and wear and tear on the vehicle.  This course is also designed for people who may be going into a job which requires confirmation that they are safe and competent to do so.  Advanced driving tuition is also available to prepare you for IAM  certification, which could significantly reduce your insurance costs.
